Vicius opened its doors on November 1, 2014, and has since carried various brands of women’s clothing, footwear, and fashion accessories.
We are located in Caldas da Rainha, in the city center, at Rua Dr. José Saudade e Silva nº2, 2500-191 Caldas da Rainha.
In our store, we prioritize good taste and current fashion trends, offering complete outfit options. Here, our customers leave satisfied and eager to return.
We’re active on Facebook and Instagram to stay connected with our customers. Through these “virtual storefronts,” we showcase new arrivals daily, promote sales, and host live streams where we model various pieces, demonstrate items, and answer questions in real-time for all customers who join us. We go live on Facebook on Wednesdays at 1:20 PM and on Fridays starting at 7:00 PM. All live streams are available on our page so customers can watch them later, at a time that suits them best.

How to shop:
If you’d like to shop at our Vícius store and have your selected items delivered conveniently to your home, workplace, or any other address, you’re in the right place!
If this is your first time on this platform, please fill out the registration form with your personal information and create a password for future use.
Select the items you want, paying attention to the colors and sizes listed; add the items to your “shopping cart.”
You will receive a description of your entire order and payment details.
You will also receive an email from the store confirming the availability of the items and validating your order.
After this, you must proceed to payment and email the proof of payment to geral@vicius.pt within 24 hours.
Immediately after payment confirmation, the order will be shipped via CTT EXPRESSO and will arrive within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Mainland Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €50 for non-discounted items.
If the item is on sale, a shipping fee of €5.00 will be added.
Shipments to Portuguese islands or Europe: shipping rates available upon request.
In the event of a return, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer. The amount is calculated based on the CTT rate table, which varies depending on the weight and destination of the order.
Exchanges and Returns:
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the consumer has the right of free withdrawal, which allows them to cancel the purchase and return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items must be sent in perfect condition, with the label and invoice in the original packaging. We do not accept exchanges of items showing signs of use. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility. In the event of a return, the refund will be processed via MB WAY or bank transfer to the bank details provided by the customer, following receipt of the returned items and confirmation that they are in perfect condition, within a maximum of 2 business days. A credit note will be issued and sent to the customer via email, to be signed and returned for accounting purposes.
